Many people choose their lender based on numbers only, but we chose ours based on her qualities (and also numbers). Padi is incredibly knowledgeable, as expected after over two decades of experience, but more importantly, she's willing to share that knowledge with her clients. Nobody knows everything, but that's where her other quality, resourceful, comes into play. Whatever obstacles we encountered in our journey were just opportunities for Padi to showcase her resourcefulness by overcoming them quickly and efficiently.
