Padi started her career in the mortgage industry 16+ years ago and quickly became a top producer. Her motto is “my purpose is service.” Her goal is to provide sustainable financing for successful homeownership. Having a deep rooted faith, she believes in providing high quality service. Her passion for problem solving and making people smile helped her fall in love with mortgage lending. Her focus is to study guidelines, master the niche products and provide solutions quickly for every loan scenario. She is an expert on multiple products, loves to work with investors and specializes in jumbo products.
Padi Goodspeed began her Mortgage career in 2002 after being introduced to a female industry leader running a thriving brokerage. Intrigued and inspired, Padi accepted a position as a sales assistant in a small office. In her first month, she was bringing in more business than both of her managers combined. She quickly realized her passion for lending and transitioned to a role as a full time originator. Since then the Mortgage business has been her only focus.
She has a relentless sense of urgency guiding her daily tasks. She starts every single day laser focused, knowing that the key to meeting her annual goal start with taking three new loan applications a day. She has an insatiable thirst for knowledge and enjoys solving complex problems. It was her passion for critical thinking and people that made her fall in love with Mortgage lending.
Her motto is “my purpose is service”. The motto comes from her strong belief that her purpose in life is to help others live more bountifully. She is known for her ability to make the impossible happen for her clients through her tenacity and careful research of all options available. She has mastered her trade – closing over 40 different loan products last year, including multiple Jumbo products. She runs a thriving branch, serving the Bay Area and the greater Sacramento area community.
